MHS was founded in 1985 by Don Fryer and his father, Don Fryer Sr. As a full-time owner operator, Don is intimately involved in all the daily operations of the company. He has led the expansion of the business to the areas and clients we service today, making MHS one of the premier names in construction and construction staffing in Southern California.

Teresa has been with MHS since 1992. In her capacity as VP Sales and Marketing, she is responsible for sourcing new business and retaining client relations. Teresa is a member of the BIA of San Diego, Riverside and Orange County Chapters, a member of the Board of Directors of the Specialty Contractors Council in San Diego and an REOMAC member.

Kip has been with MHS since 2009. In his capacity as Project Manager, he is responsible for estimating, project coordination and supervision, hiring of field employees and subcontractors, and field training.
