MHS can design a Customer Service / Warranty program to fit your specific needs.
- Perform the work on your Customer Service Requests as directed by the builder customer service department.
- Receive and schedule your Customer Service Requests and coordinate the work directly with your homeowners.
- Provide a weekly update of the outstanding Customer Service Requests.
- Complete Outsource Warranty Services, year 1 and year 2-10.
